Good vintage condition!
Pre-owned, 
used, with minor wear around the
edges and underside, 
minor rust on inside.

Legs dia across Measures 22" diameter approx.
Opening for tree trunk is max 4.5".

 6" tall

This is surely for a smaller tree however it will hold water for a live tree. Maybe for a medium but I wouldn't press my luck.
